Staff is very unprofessional I by mistake left my wallet at the drawer of the hotel room no. 501 I called my friend satinder in khana khazan to check with the hotel as his office is right I front of the hotel .They didn’t help and didn’t let us check the room to recover my wallet ..

Great buffet breakfast. Good selection of fruit, vegetables and chai tea. Also meat, chicken and seafood. Fairly nice relaxing pool with a view.

Somewhat difficult to get to the beach. Need to take a Tuk Tuk or taxi.

Great location nearby all Indian restaurants and pattaya Beach 15 min walk. Jometein Beach also 15 20 min. Just take tuk tub from hotel gate and you can access both beaches n market. Easy to go to bus station to take airport bus. Hotel staff is good and buffet breakfast was amazing. Pool is good. Nearby icecream shop misue..gr8 place.

If they can provide bigger room with triple beds.

there is nothing to like in this hotel

If you like a very salty breakfast or scrambled eggs with a taste of vinegar, then you will definitely like this hotel! And also the unforgettable administrator Noi who can deceive you right to your face several times. The terrible area around and the inhospitable staff will make your holiday in this hotel unforgettable.

The welcome at reception was nice given that the staff recognized us from our previous multiple stays.

They charged us 1000 baht for cleaning of one hand towel that I used to clean hands after eating food.

Nice location in South Pattaya, walking distance to Walking Street.

Full of extremely loud Indian tourists who yelled for hours in their rooms. I won't stay here again.

Nothing all bad ?

Everything and all Indian people but the bad people Disturbing in the rooms and corridors, and spitting with red substance everywhere, and the smell is bad. I do not recommend it, neither a family nor a single, and the staff is very exploitative, and there is no credibility in the reservation. I mean, it is normal to book a specific room, and when you go, you find a different room... As for outside, the roads are dark and Excavations .... Finally, live anywhere and do not live in this hotel .... Advice

It was not what we expected from the pixture of booking.com. Very disappointed

The location plus the hotel itself. Completely different. The pool was very old compare to what we saw online.

Location is good- near city, has restaurants around.

Unruly Indian crowd.

Friendly staff, clean room. No noisy sound at night. Walk distance from Walking St. Also walk distance from Bali Hai Pier which goes to Koh Larn.

Not a bad point, but it locates in the Indian town. Around the hotel, there are lots of Indian shops, but less Thai cuisine restaurants.

They gave our rooms to some one else. We were not given the room when we reached on the morning thoigh we had booked sinece previous day to ensure we have room from early morning itself. The same was informed to the property while booking itself. 6 of us were stranded fo rmore than 2-3 hours in the morning. They were with very less courtesy for the mistake which they did. We were hungry and wanted to have some thing till they find a solution there but they denied stating its only for the room guests. We struggled to reach out to Booking.com and later got some contact where they spoke to the property and arranged stay in an alternate facility around 4Km fromt he current facility. Relly spoiled the start of the vacation which we wanted to start with full excitment along with friends We lost the first day as byt he tie we checked in to the new place we were tired and we had to sleep for the bance day. loosing the first day. The reception staff doesnot have any courtesy to support the customerOnly after booking.com getting involved they did some alternate arrangeemnt. We had paid 100% in advance and they were just saying that we will refund that and you can find some other hotel
